About Shaune Corbett

Why this site exists
After years of answering the same questions from buyers and sellers, Shaune created the Denton County Homeowner Resource Center to give consumers straightforward information before they ever have to hire an agent.
Most people don't dread moving because of the boxes. They dread the uncertainty.
- What is my house really worth?
- Should I sell first or buy first?
- What should I fix before putting my home on the market?
- How much will I actually walk away with?
- What happens if my house doesn't sell?
- Am I making the right decision?
The tools, guides and articles here are designed to help you answer those questions, understand your options and make a better-informed decision on your own terms.

How the Resource Center works
- Information first. Use the calculators, tools, checklists, guides and articles without being required to sign up or talk to an agent.
- Straight answers. The goal isn't to convince you to sell or buy. Sometimes the best answer may be to wait, repair something first, change the plan or simply gather more information.
- Understand your options. Real estate decisions rarely have only one solution. The Resource Center is designed to help you compare different approaches and understand the tradeoffs.
- No pressure to become a client. Use the information whether you ultimately work with Shaune or not.
- Talk directly with Shaune when you want help. If your situation requires more than a calculator or guide, you can ask Shaune a question or request a personalized strategy conversation.
