How Do I Compare Flower Mound Neighborhoods for My Needs?

"Best" depends on what you need. Here's how to narrow it down.

By Shaune Corbett

If you want amenities

Master-planned communities like Bridlewood and Wellington offer pools, parks, trails and community events. Expect HOA dues that support those amenities.

If you want land

Western Flower Mound has estate lots and acreage. Nearby Bartonville, Double Oak and Argyle are also worth a look.

If commute is the priority

East and south Flower Mound generally offer quicker access to I-35E, SH 121 and SH 114, and to DFW Airport.

If you want walkability

The Lakeside area and neighborhoods near the River Walk offer more walkable dining and entertainment than most of town.

Once you have a shortlist, compare the actual property costs and daily travel for each address rather than relying on a neighborhood label. Shaune Corbett Group's Personalized Move Plan helps you organize those trade-offs without choosing for you.
