Read the signals
- Few showings → the price or online presentation isn't earning clicks
- Plenty of showings, no offers → the home doesn't match what buyers expected at that price
- Offers that fell apart → inspection, appraisal or financing issues
The usual causes
Price is the most common, but not the only one. Poor photos, limited showing access, unresolved condition issues, or a listing that launched at the wrong time can all stall a sale. Be honest about which apply.
Before you relist
- Compare your price with homes that actually sold during your listing — not ones still sitting
- Refresh photos and description
- Address the condition issues buyers mentioned
- Reconsider showing availability
- Decide whether to relist now or wait for a better season
If you're out of patience
If certainty matters more than trying again the same way, look into alternatives such as guaranteed selling options. Each comes with its own eligibility requirements and terms.
Talk it through
Before you choose a price, a repair budget, or an offer, let's compare your selling options.
A call with Shaune is a practical conversation about your home:
- Where your price is likely to land, based on recent nearby sales
- Which preparation is worth considering — and what to skip
- How different offers and selling options trade off
- How your sale timing fits your next move
